- Expert did not connect within 15 minutes of scheduled time
- Technical issues on our platform prevented the consultation
- Expert was significantly different from their profile description
- Consultation was less than 2 minutes due to expert disconnection
- Duplicate payment was charged
2. Partial Refund Cases
- If you disconnect within the first 2 minutes — 80% refund
- If consultation quality was unsatisfactory — up to 50% refund (case-by-case)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed consultations where service was delivered as described
- Cancellations after the expert has been waiting for more than 5 minutes
- Refund requests made after 48 hours of consultation
