2. Services Description
Salah provides an online marketplace connecting users with independent expert consultants. We facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the advice given by experts. Experts are independent professionals, not employees of Salah.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Consultation Services
- Consultations are charged per minute as displayed on expert profiles
- Minimum consultation duration is 5 minutes
- Expert advice is for informational purposes only
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment must be completed before consultation begins
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Harassing or abusing experts or other users
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Attempting to contact experts outside the platform
7. Limitation of Liability
Salah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific consultation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
